i wasn't going to bother to do a thread, but im bored, so here goes...

finally, project re-shell/rebuild can commense(sp?)
got some big plan's for it, hopfully this time i wont break it for spare's after building it lol

there Nice and easy to fit really mate, just need abit of metal to extend the mounting points so they reach the chassis rails, then just drill the chassis rail and put a rivet nut in there, thats tge easy bit though, i need to have it modified abit though as theres 2 inlets(1 for header tank, 1 for waterpump) on the drivers side of a standard rad, but a cossy one only has one inlet.
Rst alloy rad are pretty much a direct fit though if your wanting to use an alloy rad.

I noticed a massive difference temp wise with my old silver 3i when i changed from standard to alloy!
Deffinatly worth doing imo.
