Full rear arch type so ideal for a full Escort cosworth replica. Completely un cut, never even trial fitted. Fibreglass with a black gel coat. £280 collected Zetec turbo engine. Rolling roaded at 181bhp @ 10psi. Uses a Focus T190 (Built by Mountune) manifold and turbo (from what I have found out) which is very similar to a T25. Appears to be using a decomp plate, I havent had the engine apart to confirm/deny this. There is an adjustable fuel regulator on the fuel rail and the efi inlet is the low output version. There is a 4 plate paddle clutch fitted to the flywheel. £500 http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b81/trig_112/stuff%20for%20sale/P1010044.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b81/trig_112/stuff%20for%20sale/P1010063.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b81/trig_112/stuff%20for%20sale/P1010067.jpg GTi rear bumper, currently painted state blue, needs painting really as there are a few too many scratches, £15 collected (sorry, I didnt take a closer picture) http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b81/trig_112/74797a1a.jpg Mk6 3 door rolling shell. This started life as a 1.3, now it has been stripped of all of its sound deadening and is completely rust free. The spare wheel well has been cut out and plated over, this happened at the same time as the shell was seam welded and the interior and engine bay was painted ST orange. When I got the shell I stripped the underside of all of its paint and underseal to treat any of the hidden rust spots before it got 2 coats of Bilt Hamber Electrox zinc heavy primer before 4 coats of 1978-79 Signal Orange. The rear beam is from a 1998 GTi, so its the thicker rear beam which is without the anti roll bar, which currently has drums fitted but will take Focus mk1 rear discs. The window mechs are winders and not electric and the doors are not showing any signs of rust. There is a front anti roll bar which currently isn't fitted to the subframe, but does come with a pair of polyurethane ARB bushes. It is currently sitting on 15 inch GTi alloys but the tyres arent much good. the front hubs are non ABS items, one has a brand new wheel bearing, the other side needs replacing (which is which currently escapes me). This would need collecting, or could be delivered. £600 Edited February 11, 2012 by Trig
