Tis a programme called objectbar - modifies windows to look and work however you want it.

I couldn't find it on Kazaa, but got a trial version from download.com
Trying to work out how to use the damn thing now nutter_wall.gif

I've used both before and both can use alot of system resources, so unless really good spec of cpu and ram i would leave it mate

original.gif! its a 'WindowsBlinds' theme from wincustomize.com called 'Blackcomb' and I've altered the bluey/green colour myself
