You sent me two messages saying you couldn't get it to work, so I played your mate. After that, I was very, very drunk, getting beat time and time again by some American 14 year old :-\ To join: xbox live > online game modes > online leagues > search leagues. You'll figure it out from there. I haven't done one of these before, so am not entirely sure how they work with regards to playing games and what not. I'm sure escort1.616v knows though.
