Are projector headlights cheap to replace?

SOD OFF! i was not contacted about any of this.....until 1800 last night whilst doing a shop with AJ in Asda "Aaaaaaron, you busy? can you come over i've managed to take my bumper off but can't get the LED out" then when i was 3 minutes away rang to say he's sorted it.....obviously not ha

Forgot I had these, but when I replaced the bulbs with the new 12v bulbs I took some pictures... probably not alot of help but I thought i'd try

I've not even looked at mine yet but am i right in thinking then that all the bulbs are only accesible from the underside?

 

apart from the direction lamps?

 

Or is it the halo rings from undeneath, and bulbs from the rear?
