LiamGTR
WHY are you changing for a homeycomb grill? If that's the case i'll swap you mine right now!
TC-DNB
given the way you've said guess how much i'm gonna have to say a silly small amount - £300?why not just paint the RS one black? i would be tempted to have it off you if you do swap it though I wish i had paid £300 No its a resonable price, just thought it would be worth more due to condition. Car is so clean for age! Yeah i've just been sitting here looking at pics etc and thought to myself, i don't really want to swap an RS grill for a honeycomb, could spray it! Will be spraying the rear chrome surround black so will do at same time as front! WHY are you changing for a homeycomb grill? If that's the case i'll swap you mine right now! Yea i just thought that actually! And no need to swap i have one here now and there's plenty at my scrapyard where i help out at!

Hezz
i've seen loads of the rs grilles colour coded to the car so would guess they did it from new for some mad reason!
stoo2000
You should do the surround the same colour as your wheels http://i582.photobucket.com/albums/ss263/shows2009/fordfair09/DSCF3170.jpg

They look like GTI obviously but don't seem to stick out as much as they usually do when fitted to a cab. This green one looks nice. Fit a 'guna splitter, paint the grill and you're on a winner I reckon. Also, you can fit MK6 RS2000 seats straight in, then fit the rear seats and door trims/quarter panels from an SI cabriolet, all the trim will match then  Be interested to know what you paid, as my missus has just bought an Imp Blue Ghia cab with 65k on the clock! cabrioletldn
Nice looking car. good price too You car has the factory fitted optional extra bodystyle pack no3. Which does improves the looks from standard. This pack includes the skirts, rear bumber, spolier, wheels and colour coded grille. This kit was an option on both Calypso (basic) and Ghia models. Most cabs just have bodystyle pack no1 fitted, which is just the spolier.
