smithyandco Posted January 4, 2011 Share Posted January 4, 2011 Yeah xbox live seems a little buggy at the moment. Only seems to work with Visa (debit/credit) and Mastercard. RobMk6 Posted January 4, 2011 Author Share Posted January 4, 2011 I dont get an error code on the xbox.com website but i do on the xbox, googled it and its to do with the updates they apparently do every tuesday? Rang them to see if they could do it over the phone, the tried and got the same thing, he said to try in the morning. My card is a Visa debit.... lee grout Posted February 18, 2011 Share Posted February 18, 2011 When i first signed up I found you cant do it with a debit card (visa or therwise) unless they've changed it. I doubt it cos once they got card details the payment keeps comin out unless you ring them and sort it quick .
