scottybo Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 (edited) so as some of you may know i had a few issues with my old SI, brakes/rust/radiator fan/door locks/paint.....list goes on and unfortunately i lost the passion for the car as it spent most of the time in pieces while i repaired something stupid (now breaking the SI btw) i was then offered this little beauty at a wedding i attended last weekend and proceeded to purchase for the tidy sum of £200!!! I know what it's like to lose momentum on one, funny thing I lost it on a nice X Reg Finesse and ended up buying one that was 4 years older. Good luck!! scottybo Posted July 1, 2012 Author Share Posted July 1, 2012 theyre massive for me! 300 mm is what 1 foot? so my foot is like 1 foot long lol supersport i would love some help fitting those brakes at some point, but thats not for a few weeks so ill let u kow! naylor it wasnt so much that the other escort lost steam it just wasnt going forward due to having to fix so many other things....oh well i got a nicer one now, any u went from a dad 5 door to a sick 3 door lol i couldnt fit the protech to the other scort as it had an egr system, and the protech didnt have the fittings for it, when i posted about blanking it off i got abused lol so i didnt bother with it until now, ive also been told that that the mongoose systems are pretty rare? can anyone confirm this? well now thats out the way i think ill put sum gash stickers all over it and get the old lady next door to me to pose naked for a fiver!!!
