Jacko_XR3i
So I'm looking to get my car back on the road soon as me and the missus need 2 cars between us to get to work now...Anyway a few things need doing, including a leaky rear shocker so I was thinking on 'upgrading' to coilovers but I don't have £600 spare. Has anyone used or know anyone that's used the TA technix coilovers? Opinions or experience? Thanks! Edited April 12, 2014 by Jacko_XR3i

SLEEMAN
i reckon that they will be just a typical setup where they won't last long at all, pretty much a cheap setup for show cars. you could buy them and test them and review how they are. my personal opinion is always stick to the main brands that are trusted and been developed over years and years!
Jacko_XR3i
Can't say any fairer tham that I suppose. Thanks for the opinion! Think I better replace that strut and get saving then! But then it begs the question....AP?Gmax?Spax? Avo?Etc etc....
SLEEMAN
it really depends on choice! but for best budget I would say AP coilovers, the damping rate isn't adjustable but they say its 25% stiffer than standard which sounds like a normal firmer ride but not harsh! but for £404 on larkspeed website! that's pretty damn cheap for a good set of coilovers with a 2 year warranty. but value for money I would say its between gaz and spax I would say!
