Ex-Finesse
Has this actually been done before? Lights ordered from Nomad....... Should have them in the morning! Also getting this tailgate fairly locally tomorrow evening....... Hopefully things will go on without too much fuss. Expecting some lines to be out a touch, but gaps are not on the agenda! Will document it all........ EDIT: Love my burgendy tailgate! Might brush paint something dark for the time being Edited October 25, 2004 by Ex-Finesse

Get an auto electrician I know to do that....... sparks (inside the car! ) in ya rear view mirror ain't good Also got the tailgate! Got glass and the loom has been left through it Only a tiny bit of rust on the bottom corner of the tailgate, outside too...... inside is totally clean Just hope it fits now! Ex-Finesse
Trial fitting.... went fairly well! ^No gaps on the far side, it's all very tight ^Bit of a gap at the bottom, and the metal piece underneath doesn't come out as far as the clusters. ^2 new holes need drilling. Need to cut out some metal! Overall, it could be worse Is there a mk5 owner that could take a pic with their light cluster out? Drivers side preferably. Just so I can see the arrangement of the metal work. Would be mint if that were possible

Cyrix
Finesse can you use a Mig welder? Cut the underlight bits off a Mk5 and just Mig weld them on. Would take approx 5 mins to do lol.
