majorj0nny
well iv changed it 2 times now and gos in same place how tight do u tighten it i nipped it down im just about to do this myself - but reading the haynes manual its obvious that overtightening can cause this kind of problem. it recons to align the gasket on the cover after cleaning both the cover groove and the surface of the head... then put all the bolts in and tighten them to finger tight with ya fingers... then using a torque wrench in a diagonal radius from the center tighten all the bolts to 2Nm .. then tighten them all again to 5 or 7Nm? cause they are rubbery too much pressure will make em rupture in places just like a hernia! lol..
