Ok i've fitted the factory ford remote central locking, and i've programmed the key to start the car but i can't program it to lock or unlock!

Any ideas?

Proudly pushing in front of people who dare to leave the smallest amount of space since 2002.
Now doing it in a Wicked Red Citroen C4 VTS 180.

Yes many times and i put new batteries in.

The key doesn't flash in unison with the clock light when it's supposed to. ?(

Put your red key in the ignition and turn to position I
When the red light under the clock stays on turn the red key to position 0
Now point your infra red key at the infra red eye on the interior light
Press and hold the unlock button (>) and press the unlock button (>>) three times in succession.

I do all of the above but then the key and the light don't flash in unison (well the key doesn't flash at all, except when i press and hold it)

The red light on the key and the alarm light under the clock should flash in unison.
The light under the clock will then be on constant allowing you to do this all again with another key.
Either wait one minute or turn the red key to position I to cancel.

Any ideas?
