bluliz
actually logitech came round the other day and congratulated me on my perfect keystrokes, albeit not in the right order.Funnily enough i've not been into a porsche dealership to buy a 911 just yet but when i've sold cars i've liked in th past i've tended not to sell them to the 18yo spotty cnuts who just wanted to know "how fast does it go mate"What has it got to do with you what the new owner does with the car once you have sold it? It is NOT your car anymore!!! So why deny selling it to someone of a certain age? Isn't that discrimination? fags have an age limit....isnt that discrimination? So does the lottery. and films. That's the law Well done. But whats different between someone whos 17yrs and 364 days old....and some one whos bang on 18yrs old? completely off topic so if this dicussion wants to get started, create a new topic. Don't want to start that discussion you did by applying it to fags etc. Plus it wasn't even aimed at you so to be defensive about it you must have taken offence Anyway i'm saying no more about that! Shame to hear about the car being rolled but glad the guy is ok
Mike C
Perhaps I should never had sold my M3 to a 21 year old lad?? why what happened to it? He probably doesnt know because it has fcuk all to do with him once he has sold it. I agree, but the way he said it was as if it'd been killed or something...He was probably just using it as an exampleI was BUT I had heard it was in a bodyshop round Kent way I'd read on e36coupe that there was a pranged Yellow M3 somewhere in the area where it was having some transmission-related repairs, so that's what set alarm bells ringing when you mentioned it but if no one else has mentioned it then I assume it's another one and it's just being de-rusted

TheKeymeister
Fook me...if it wasnt for the I4 and the Ford badge on the back, there's no way you'd know it is/was an Escort Glad he got out alive, its just a lump of metal at the end of the day Though I can understand if minirotty feels upset/angry or whatever, you just had to look at pics of it to see what work went into that car Though from where I'm sitting he's just glad the guys alive. 1.8Si
you could say you were a bit irresponisble for selling it to someone who was clearly a total cnut of a driver. theres only one cause for that type of accident -drivin outside of your ability for the conditions. for a car to be destroyed that quickly after it was sold means he didnt know how to drive. How old was he out of interest? Just because the poor guy crashed the car soon after purchasing it doesn't neccessarily mean he is/was a shite driver does it? A number of factors could have contributed to the accident. Lack of Knowledge of the car, not being used to its speed/handling characteristics Maybe the guy didn't know the road he was on? Maybe it was due to another road user? I had a friend killed whilst driving her boyfriend home in his car, she had only ever driven a 1.1 fiesta, this was a 1.8 16v focus, she wasn't used to the concept of the car, hence loosing control of it and binning it Kind of pays to think before you post idiotic replys sometimes, espicially as your a new user and you won't get far on a board like this, unless youve just joined to take the Pee.
