Hi Guys My 3dr Mexico is going up for sale in a week or so, now done 37k from new.. So I'm sorting stuff to go!! I have a 2 litre silvertop here with new rings, big ends, mains, water pump, oil pump, cambelt kit, valves, lifters, skimmed head etc etc. It also has an Escort sump and pickup pipe. Its part assembled so you can see it is all new.. £300 "it literally cost over double that!" Other stuff i have related to it... a 130PS inlet with 2 litre TB.. I have 2 Pre PATS 2litre ECU's PM if interested in these! True say but i think that was more to do with the new type of design and new image ie the shape of the focus against the older escort. I mean nearly every smallish, medium size car has a standard hatchback design, to get what im saying look at the shape of the early vauxhall astras against the more recent ones. Seems to be what people want nowadays lol. And yes the mark 3 fiesta was the last proper one... And on the escort i have today installed my flocked centre console and dash in the si. Looks gorgeous liking ya progress

Trench is nearly done and im hoping to have the cable pulled through under our floors in the next couple weeks! That leaves me to make a long concrete slope to access the garage and a new drive needs laying as its currently dug up for previous gas leak repairs.. So u now see its still a fair way off completed, but at least I can store stuff in a dry secure unit Am I happy with it so far.. DAMN RIGHT!! Sparkie
