Excellent condition 1993 Escort, 1.6, 16v Ghia. 86,000miles I have owned the car for 10 years and have done 27,000m. Two previous owners. First owner from new until 2006 who looked after the car meticulously. Complete ford service history up until 2007. From 2007 onwards I have been servicing the car myself. Oil and filter changed every year without fail (regardless of mileage). Air filter changed regularly. Coolant changed every 2 years. It has two year old wheel bearings on both back hubs - covered maybe 6,000miles New offside CV gaiter, New front nearside suspension arm (control arm). The front offside also comes with the car (not fitted as the current one is ok). One and a half year old new back exhaust box Hasn’t used/burnt a drop of oil in 10 years . Never let me down since I have owned it. Starts first time, every time. No rust at all – apart from a 50p sized rust spot on the back nearside wheel arch. Interior is perfect. Everything works – heated windscreens front and back, radio, heater, electric windows. No leaks at all, sunroof 100% water tight. Perfectly dry inside. Seats in good condition. Carpet in excellent condition. Comes with three keys, all original Ford manuals from 1993. Hayes manual as well. MOT until September For a 24 year old car this is really in good condition. There are some minor scratches as you would expect from a car this age. No dents at all. The MOT garage always comments on how good the car is. Inspections welcome at any time. South West London.
