Don't get me wrong mouse and keyboard for fps every time, since call of duty mw2 all the game have been developed for console and ported to PC and it shows in gameplay, I've played mw2 right through to black ops 2 on console and PC and each game has got progressive worse. The PC games just feel as good. If you played any of them on console and then PC you would know they play differently, of course you may like the PC better but miss the good old cod 2 gameplay. graphics wise PC will always due to AA. Battlefield 3 will show how big the difference between PC and Xbox graphics is. What type of games are you into the most?

Track mania 2 Canyon, if you sampled track mania nations that ahmotorsport suggested then this is the newer game better graphics etc, works great with the pad. Easily plays on your PC and good way to waste a few hours. Don't bother with call of duty, console versions play better and only black ops 2 has pad support and quite frankly its awful. Crysis 2 has pad support and is a good graphics tester. If you haven't played it already the original FarCry is brilliant game even though its getting on a bit. Don't think it has pad support but worth playing. Wired Xbox pads just need a driver downloaded, wireless need an adapter but stick with genuine ones as cheaper are hit and miss with the connection

iPhone 5. I went from the iphone 4 to the s3, half the apps on the iPhone arent on andriod and the keyboard on my phone is awful. Tried all ways of changing it. I dont say this as a fanboi, i wont have any other apple product, ipads are over priced and unless you use itunes a pain with media (downloaded videoes), i have a nexus 7 for that, macs are over priced for the spec you get. your wasting your money. an ssd would give a better performance increase an you'll be lucky if anything your doing is using the 4gb you have

Sky is not the problem, you problem lies between the exchange the pc. A ping of 40ms to 900ms is the biggest indicator of a hardware issue. Even in mine with sky on an 8mb connection with ps3 streaming Netflix, laptop on Facebook I can play call of duty online at an acceptable ping. Run a sweetest on your phone when you computer gives you that high ping/slow speed result and see if that's the same, if so it will be router or line related. I had a similar issue and it turned out to be the connectors in the green box across the road. Obviously changing to fiber optic is better but if its your computer the speed issues will remain

I sold my iPhone 4 and bought a lumia and its a nice clean OS but other than that theres nothing to shout about. The battery life is worse than the iPhone as well as the signal. The market place is a joke, there uis hardly anything in there thats worthwhile. The lumia's arent a patch on the iphones or decent andriod handsets.

Got my tablet, ended up going down a different route and got an Acer Iconia W500. Runs on windows 7 but after a few days realized that windows 8 was a better option. I've got the release preview on it and its running pretty nicely so far. Hoping the final release will be better again. For the 199 I paid for it the tablet is spot on.

If you do go for a 1.8/2.0 check the thermostat housing, made of plastic and seals split on them.

My reason is i have a small htpc connected to the tv with a 1TB hdd with series upon series of tv episodes, I would like a tablet for when my other half is using the tv i have something else to keep my from needing anti depressants while her soaps are on, As for screen size the bigger the better, thats what i liked about the iconia, having said that the price of that nexus is good

I need a bit of advice, I'm considering buying myself an android tablet but I have some specific needs for it. 1) it must be able to play mkv format videos up to DVD quality smoothly 2) have a USB port to plug in external portable hdd. I like the look of the acer iconia a500, just unsure if it's powerful enough. Transformer is no good as USB port is on keyboard dock so i may as well just have a laptop then

After owning both i'd go with nvidia, had to many problems with Ati on games, had to choose certain drivers revisions to make certain games perform well or even play at all.
