  1. Really impressive car's! drove one the other day, atleast they dont have the typical boxer noise, only downside ive heard so far is the diff's, few full bore launches and they go
  2. Really like that apart from the square plate in the uk recess on the back
  3. Mine has to be a drill through my arm, or i gashed my hip open and you could see my hip bone through it, both times i was more concerned about having a fag due to the shock.... now my body's used to piercings people usually tell me when ive cut myself because i dont realise
  4. im now waiting to hear back about some genuine ones, but aye they looked awful! id rather run with no fogs than them, they had sidelights in them too, friggin awful caled > ive been called chinese once due to my hair, so it does fit quite well >.<
  5. within reference to it coming back, this is where the saying life every day like it's your last comes into play, no one know's whats round the corner, life's too short..... I've lost the majority of my family to illness, mainly cancer, Both my nan and grandad had cancer, and my father went through it aswell, first lung cancer, he got the all clear, then stomach cancer, got the all clear, now the consultant believe its come back, but there's not alot anyone can do about it, its beyond our control... Like i said about the saying, live every day as if it's your last
  6. 2240k to be exactly, so 2 tonne and a quarter its longer than my dad's volvo 850 estate! but its suprisingly small inside, im 5ft 10" and far from bulky, yet my head's not far from the roof, im not sure what they were thinking when they designed it.
  7. Yup, Focus was coming back at over 3k the year, supra's under a grand, classic car policy robbie > its not ive been on a couple of drift event's so far, and it's not too bad in just 1st and 2nd gear, lsd help's it a little bit, but thats another reason behind the engine transplant, manual boxes fetch over 300 quid... a 2jz donor will owe me under a grand. It got rr'd at 243bhp with the exhaust, but with it being over 2 tonne it's not the quickest thing going
  8. Well first things first, its been a while I bought a focus ESP, off James (ScORTED) before christmas with the intention's of using it for a sensible day to day car, Well that went well for a while, till my insurance renewal came through, and with college it didn't even seem feasable.... I've only got one picture of it on here since i've owned it: http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/focus-1.jpg Lovely and clean Then with insurance being an arse i went on the hunt for something cheap to buy/run/insure, funnily enough i came home with a Supra... insurance is less than half of what the focus was going to cost, as for running costs - 15mpg on an average day As for breakage's, the radiators burst so far, the ht leads gave up the ghost, and the box that control's all the vacuum line's also went, so it's been fun hunting for parts Here's a few pictures anyways, one of it standard: http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/IMG-20110410-00341.jpg And so far i've got rid of the plate surrounds, put a JDM style plate on the front, lowered it, usual stereo poop, induction kit: http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/IMG-20110505-00504.jpg http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/IMG-20110419-00407.jpg http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/IMG-20110419-00398.jpg http://i741.photobucket.com/albums/xx51/solowdown/IMG-20110521-00546.jpg The aircon's removed, ive replaced the viscous fan with an electric one, removed the stupid foglights, and i also ripped my splitter off at college hence the cable ties Since ive had so many issue's, im on the hunt for a donor car for an engine transplant, and for the mean time ive bought an escort van for 50 quid, the economy difference is unreal C&C welcome
  9. Gorgeous motor! they're not that rare anymore though, now the drift scene's got massive, they're popping up quite regularly
  10. There need's to be a like button.....
  11. seriously easy seats to fit into any car to be honest, anythings possible with some time
  12. no its not to him, it was to a family member, due to doing over 600 miles a week its probably not the best car, so he got an offer of a diesel
  13. blow out? perhaps its just me but only the passengers side front tyre looks flat, i thought a blow out pretty much decintergrates the tyre? lucky to get out of something like that alive though, let alone walk away
  14. bmw is up for sale, pm me tez and we'll talk, its got a new diff sitting in the boot, its a 2.8 one too and yeah they do fit, its an easy job but not being able to insure the fooker means i cant be bothered....
