i am picking up a recon xr3i head, autosprint f/road cam, and twin 40mm dellorto carbs! i should have them fitted and running by weekend, do i REALLY NEED to change my fuel pump? (1.6 single piont injection escort cvh) what power am i looking at with these carbs and cam?

first things first, i AM going to put an rst motor in my cabrio. what is the difference in the rst motors?( i see them in the engine specs as frst and erst)(whats the crack with that?) will i need to change the engine mounts? whats involved in the swap? mine is a 1991 mk5 1.6 injection cabrio. just want to know anything important about the engines and the swap coz i am buying stuff for it now. cheers peeps
