Push some cable through from the engine bay then it will allow you to turn the dials abit to get you hand onit and press the little tabs in.

White van man gave me one for the first generation sony which is as good as the same unit. No idea how he got it though. I didnt like to ask...ha ha

It is the generation 2 sony double din that goes in new fords mate, there isnt a M code, thats for the older one's

Its just the standard auto leads one mate that converts to a single din. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Is that fitted? and new cam belt aswell because the head will have to come off.

Well stem seals has to be a 200 pound job with the labour, plus the new timing belt and tensioners it will need and oil and filter whilst doing that. So need to bear that in mind.
