I bought these to go in my Van but the runners on the bottom are the wrong type for my van so up for sale. These came from a MK3 Ford fiesta SI 5 door, in good condition apart from a little wear on the drivers bolster (see pic) but apart from that, they look great. Door panels come with no fixings i,m afraid, just the panel itself. Know how you feel, had the same trouble with mine, behind headlight is 2 screws that i saw, 1 does up/down, other does left/right...these screws, on mine anyway, was located either side of the bulb holder, passenger side was a doddle to do, drivers side was a bit more harder as fluid bottles hampered it a bit, good luck

Lee, thankyou, at least you said sorry in your own little way m8 £150 per day is made up of duty time, O/T and shift money that i would lose for that day, i start at 1225 till 0050 so works out at that figure, thats not basic pay, damn if it was i would be in the tropics right now instead of being a fellow striker. As for the job, all i know is driving, from driving 7.5 tonners when i was 18, till passing my class 1 at 21, which at the grand old age of 40 dont leave me with alot of skills to anything else..RM, despite having a lot of shite time right now, is a great & easy job and would love to see out to my retirement, i certainly dont wanna go back into general haulage doing nights away, rope/sheeting and generally working like a dog for sod all money so thats why i stay where i am, my monies good, the guy that pounds the street i feel sorry for, and i know his money is crap and how they can support a family, god only knows so to possibly lose your job, or even more money, try and spare a thought for them please

Well i was asked to play nicely with the young children so i will, i offered out an apology if i offended people and still the same ignorant people have to keep it going, and they say i cant offer up a good argument, go figure....least i was man enough to offer one up.... SidRick is about the only member who has a clue on what they are talking about here, so lets put the FACTS here for you so maybe some of you might have a clue what its all about..sure, offer up a good argument why RM should not go out on strike if you know the details, but the ones that started all the mud slinging in the 1st place place dont have the 1st clue why RM are walking out, you say its about pay and we knew the pay when we joined, well its called inflation, EVERYONE should get a pay rise in accordance with that, you think that when you join a job you stay on the same money for life, doh!! Competition: Someone raised the subject of this, well RM has lost its 300 yr old monopoly to be the only company to deliver mail and the door is now open to the likes of TNT, DHL etc etc to offer the same as RM, the main bulk of RM is business post believe it or not and these companies can now take a slice of that, RM wants to retaliate by offering what they call modernisation, this means doing away with night shifts, later start times in the mornings for posties, making your post late remember, shift allowances and bring in automation that will do away with 40,000 jobs, easy for you to say, oh well, get another job, but how many of you on here are having trouble finding a good job with good money and hopefully long term stability, i remember reading a post on here asking what you did, and i am sure a few said out of work still trying to find employment, and even one guy saying he went out of work for 8 months, and alot of you have said find another job if we dont like this one, not very constructive is it and I AM accussed of not offering up a good arguement. “The government has shown complete disinterest in the fate of this dispute. If this was Northern Rock they would be pouring money in. This is a company that they own and they seem to have no interest whatsoever.” The dispute is over pay, pensions and proposed changes to the business under Royal Mail’s so called ‘modernisation’ plan. Pensions: RM want to freeze pension payments in 2010 and bring in a new pension that will, as said, will lose me up to £60,000 and make me work till 65 for less money, how can some of you say thats ok....... when i compared our pension compared to others between a "bentley and a skoda", i was tols they would prefer the "skoda pension", second best, now why would you do that, does your retirement mean nothing to you?
