If its mounted onto a wall, then there is your problem. If its a plasterboard wall,or has metal supports of any kind behind or near the TV, its something to do with the magnets in the speakers, it causes interference. I know this because i used to install audio visual and interactive whiteboards in schools and colleges and in the booklets it says do not mount on a plasterboard wall or walls where there is metal behind the outer surface, as it causes interference..

If you use the registration mark and do funky things with the letters/numbers to try and misrepresent it then they can take it off you, think you get 2 or 3 chances though, the police are supposed to write to the DVLA if and when your caught. I never pay police fines so not sure. Will see anyhow
