19 inch! damn i thought my 18 inch calves were big...! (btw the rest of me is puny... I can thank long and high jump for my disproportionate legs) Can anyone recommend a decent way to lose 2-3 stone in say... 6 months? I have a pretty high fat% so e.g. What diet would you lot recommend? bullshite. You heard about people talking police on here and you've come on here to stall again. "Everything is a go now" - What does that even mean? It's being collected tomorrow? Like fcuk it is.
