I´m from Portugal, and i want to buy the front seats in good condition obviously for my car. I have preference for the GTI ones the ones in half leather, but if you have another, i could be interested. I´m looking to buy from someone who doesnt mind to ship them to my place. try to see the two main wires that go to the motor...one is positive, the other is negative, try wiring them to a battery or booster or something like that.if it works, check the cables with a multimeter, go following them...if the cables are fine, they should lead to a relay, open it and see if its ok.if the relay is working, it should be the fuse.try all the fuses again with a multimeter.if the fuse is fine, either it is the wires on the switch, or it is the switch itself. hope i could help

we, as a poor disgraced country LOL have this kind of cars...its not a van as it hasnt got a huge trunk...its just like a regular 3 door mk6 escort, nut only has 2 seats. when the car is new, they take out the rear seats and replace with...nothing...just a net and some times in acrylic and the car only has 2 seats. our automobile tax is the highest in europe, so if the car has only 2 seats, when its new, it costs less 4000/5000€ (3000 pounds more or less)

dont 4get that from hong kong u need to pay the transportation, importation rights, customs, etc... i can get HID for a great price...i have to talk with some damin of the forum so i can organize a xenon hid group buy.

the hid may have the halogen sharpness, but when well fitted youll have 300%more light on the road, without glaring other drivers. I have on mine and heree in portugal HID xenon kits are getting more and more used, everyone wants them, because its getting cheaper ( i can get GT HID kits for 125€ and anothers, with not so much quality for 100€, just convert it to pounds as im from portugal.) After u have installed an HID kit, u wont want anything else, believe me. Mykez69, its an easy installing device, it brings a light sensor to be installed in the car, near the stearing wheel, that "knows" when it gets dark (it can be adjusted by nead) and it will turn on ur headlights. When it comes bright, turns the lights off again.
