Sold my GTI a while back now, it was abit of a minter as far as these old gti's go. It was a good car apart from the frigile bumpers which cracked all the time it was a good runner. Just wondered if it was still about and how it now looks. It was a black Mk6 GTI 3 door reg R154 UBV

I recently bought a punto 02 off a friend who was gonna scrap due to the head gasket failing. So I bought it off him so I could fix it up and sell on for a profit, I also thought it would be a good learning tool as I know the process but neve put it into practise. The only issue is one exhaust nut. It's the only one left and won't budge. Inevitably it's now rounded off. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to get it off. I don't have access heat or welding equipment so both those ideas as out.

Those mirrors came as part of the Sri package look similar to m3 mirrors. Not that great drive my missus has an sxi. I would say it's a step down from the golf too

I've just bought one of these to on an 02 plate to replace my escort. So nice to drive aren't they totally different experience. I'm thinking of upgrading to led rear lights are they a straight forward fit. Mine came with the m3 csl front bumper looks awesome

I used turtle wax ice clay stuff. The clay is mixed into some sort of liquid and it comes with an applicator that fits onto your hand. Afterwards water just glides of the body work in little tiny balls lol Use this link for YouTube that uses the product around the 6 minute mark. I used a few times on the car
