Looks like he needs a UK spec clock spring, Just had a look and your original Escort steering wheel is the same type as fitted to our Mk4 Fiestas so you will need a UK escort clock spring to replace yours, I cant see it not working providing the airbag yellow wire is the same connection

Front drivers is Grey/black and white and black passengers is grey/red and white and red

Cant say I remember white wires in that plug lol

left hand plug looking from drivers seat on the stalks, iirc a 2 blue/red wires for one side and blue/white for the other. Horn is an orange/yellow

cheers, how did u do it? jack it up then paint? what brushes you use? Well I use a pit and a shultz gun usually but yes some axle stands or ramps and a large brush and a thin brush will do and some goggles lol
