Hi there. Thanks for the reply. The heater does not blow hot or cold air on either position 1, 2 or 3.

Hi folks Can anyone help? My heater doesnt work (hot or cold) on my mk3 Orion (mk5 Escort). Ive removed dash panel to reveal the multiplug in the back of the heater controls. There is 12v there so that eliminates the fusebox problem, yeah?.So ive removed scuttle panel and wiper mechanism to reveal heater blower. I got 10v (?) on one of the pins but nothing on anything else. Although should I have tried when ive put the heater on different settings to see if other pins work? People say to run wires from the batteru to the blower but wasnt sure whether I should connect positive to the single plug or multiplug? Don't want to break anything!! Grateful for any advice folks??

Much happier with the set up now. Fitted my cosworth headlights (got to adjust the drivers side as its not straight!) and painted behind the grill black. I agree mate! And thats my problem with the set up really. Ive got cossie headlights to go in when I get the time but can't see how that will help and bumper offers no adjustment to tighten up the gap?

Lol thanks fellas. Given the choice, I wouldn't ever sell her!! Just lost my garage though and we aren't exactly rolling in it so just testing the waters really ( unless I get a real bid on her). Certainly won't be gutted I'd it doesn't sell. I can tell the missus that I tried! ;-)
