  5. Its took a back seat at the mo with house moving like Stoo says. Everything is back from the powder coaters though, and just gotta organise for my friend to come up to put the front wings back on, then it'll speed up again. Gotta be done for next years shows
  6. Pump should always prime for a couple of seconds iirc? although the clicking noise is usually the starter solonoid
  7. 08/09 Megane 175. Tops all of what you want there, spend another k on DPF removal and a remap to make circa 210 with silly torques plus loads or change from 10k

  15. As it happens, yes http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2795Large_zps0fc0c2eb.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2796Large_zps63feccf5.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2797Large_zps9782c3cb.jpg Bits stripped for the powder coaters http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2811Large_zps8edb0e49.jpg Inner wing finally almost there http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2805Large_zps4cc72a9b.jpg New adjustable rear droplinks we've made up. Threads need shortening and nuts adding to lock (but you get the idea). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2812Large_zps9d719511.jpg New top mounts fitted, should be a bit better than the old rubber ones http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v206/sortedford/S1%20Restore/IMG_2801Large_zps54a3f003.jpg Finally for the weekend doors are fitted (test fitted). Wings have been tested and they will need a bit of work to get them to a level I'm happy with, but if my friend is free in the week we should get them on then Other bits that I've forgot to bring photos home of : Rear ARB modified - studs removed, holes enlarged and M10 bolt welded in. Rear arms - ARB bracket which I had fabricated has been drilled to accept M10 bolts. Next to do this week: Drop the bits to the powder coaters and buy the paint Feels like I'm getting somewhere now.
  16. How blury is that pic? I think you should turbo it, but hurry up and let me know before they get fitted
  17. Yeh theres a special primer the whole underside, engine bay and inner floor is done in it, then the special primer. Its expensive but should be worth it. They do a product called whitecoate too which is an over coat for POR15 due to it not doing well if left un treated in UV.
  18. Lee, more of a dust coat than anything else so I could see where there was any little bits that needed sorting Yeh PO15R+ the sealer stop the rust. It uses its own special etch primer. It was autotek filler primer I used. Rubbed it down today and put a coat of red oxide primer which hadn't reacted, and then put the filler primer ontop with no issues.
  19. Its paint. Weld > POR15> Filler > Paint (which I think is the problem > filler primer. I have tried the cars colour on, and its not reacting, so I'm thinking either barcoate it, or just get the colour on a bit thinker and take it back a bit.
  20. I think you have jinxed it as its done it again lol.
  21. Love it pal, good to see it getting some love again
