    Been a while since I've updated this .. Might as well pop some updates on here .. New Supercharger .   3. Look for Focus 2.0 rear discs as they are £20 a side from a scrappy .. Slightly smaller but allot cheaper. Need to machine the hub down for the Escort collector ring and drill the hub out for the pick up .. ST170 hand brake cable .. Puma 1.7 16v Brake lines ..

  5. Most probably. Did you line hone the mains? Probably don't need to on a 4 pot. Don't look like ARP's so no worries. With a stock crank, no. If it was steel crank then you'd have to. Nope, no ARP's supplied so no ARP's fitted. Yeah you bet. It's common practice to line hone the mains on the V8 Modular with either the two or four bolt ARP main studs. Using stock OEM bolts / Crank then it's not nesessary. Am gonna get a line hone on my build regardless.

  9. Ah you should see the debates on the US forums. They should restrict assault rifles and fully auto hand pistols. You need a special license to operate fully auto in most states., this should be rectified IMO. A ban on .50 hand guns would be a good idea. I was in Montana last week, it's amazing what could be bought over the counter. M16's, AK47's. You can even buy junior versions. Hand guns have a 11 - 14 day cooling off period I think. Anyhow, people can conceal there as well so avoid bar fights. Oh yeah Non American who even dare to suggest stricter gun laws are instantly bashed and branded Anti-American. I chuckle.

    Some specific configurations can see a 30% total powertrain loss on these big trucks. Auto tranny and 3:73 rear gears ain't helping.

    Forgot about this thread. The Ford Fair reminder email woke me up. Small vid of the run near the end. Hit 11psi and held 10.4psi.     Ah well. Found out the charger is a snake-bite conversion, internal overdrive spins the rotors faster. Means an extra 6lb of boost. Well that would have melted the engine down in no time with the 4lb lower. So this 4lb lower ring is now NO GOOD!! Seems I Caught a big one this time Am in the realm of Displacment at the moment .. I got a Snowblower with more HP than a Z-Turbo That's great. I haven't built a turbocharged zetec for about seven years. I have much better things to do with my time than wrenching spanners. AHH come on Mate .. Relax a little .. Loosen up .. We all know you know about ZT's ... Wrenching aint that bad ..     Its funny you should say that as the the truck is factory limited to 99mph .. Tire ratings .. The Eaton charger is pretty much an off the shelf fit .. This one comes with the 5.4 IC inlet thou thats specific .. Theres no fcking about .. The truck is modern, no need for aftermarket electronics or anything like that .. Just upload a tune to run the charger and data log it for updates .. 6 month of updates to get the correct A/F and customer specific parameters .. Only runs 7 psi thats nothing really .. No need for a rolling road set up .. The older mustang's uses a 4.6, V8 version of this engine and the new models use the 4 valve heads, I dont know about the V6 Stang as thats not worth owning .. the latest uses the 5 point ohhh that can push 700hp with the new twin screw

Can change to a smaller pulley at will .. Pulleys are press fit on Eaton chargers http://planetsoarer.com/boost/lightning_dub_pulleys_hub.jpg Gonna run a 4lb lower pulley, with the port work and a decent tune it should push over 500hp Have 90% of the parts now ... Canada's a real nice place .. I've been here on and off for years now .. The cold is good ... Imagine -20 ... Keep the intake temps down ..
