  1. It's my first post here, but seeing this is a Ford Escort forum, I thought I'd share what I have. For Sale is this Escort Mk1 GT 1970, still in restoration phase only primer, body is in immaculate conditions, no dents, no rush and most importantly no hard metal or anything. This Escort is generally intended for show cars or high profile events. The colour of the Escort will depend on the buyer requirements, however, my initial aim was getting a mirror finish metallic spray but that once again depends on the buyer . Body and interior will be kept Original, no fake parts or etc as everything is well documented in the restoration of this project. I intend of keeping the interior and exterior standard however it depends on the buyer. Regarding my experience on this project, I attached some pictures of my previous Escort, it used to do 10.6s in a 1/4, using Sunoco 115, and I could went lower but had problems with launch control mainly and the body was standard and was road legal, in other words it was a beast and on the road it was hard, anyways, I attached some of my work here.
