wwwd
Just re-read my message, I meant when i burn it on to dvd? What software are you using to play the DVD? Because if it's Windows Media Player (or any software to be quite honest) then it should be the most simple thing in the world to expand the screen. mykez69
on the dvd movie factory from the ulead site, you can expand the view size, you can preview the output file too before burning, question: after you have burned the dvd, will it play full screen by default on the pc, but not through dvd player an tv? if thats the case, maybe chance the screen settings on the tv for av channel or change the settings on the dvd player and are you making a 4 gb burned dvd? or a quick 700mb vcd

smithyandco
I've just quickly read this so opologies if I got the wrong idea...What I usually do to playback movies/Videos with aspect ratios different from my monitor (Which happens alot as there arn't many movies or videos in 16:10) is use VLC Media Player... right click in the video area and either click 'Crop' or 'Aspect Ratio' and select the ratio which most suits the monitor. If you have a wide screen monitor (which are becoming quite popular!) then you'll find 16:10 most suitable even though most wide screen TVs are 16:9... I have no idea what clever plonker decided monitors are TVs will have a different wide screen aspect ratio!
