Mk6 Escort 4 Door or Van

Hi all,

 

Just testing the waters at the moment, but while I really Like my Escort, I also Really Need a car that I can put a roof rack on hence why I may be interested in swapping it for a four door model, or perhaps even a Van.

 

I've got a 3 door Mk6 Escort, its a 1.4, has just shy of 68,000 miles, in good nick and runs really well. Mot and Tax till November. Theres a little bit of rust here and there, nothing more than surface rust and most of it I've repaired.

 

What I might be interested in:

 

Would need to be the same sort of age, so nothing lower than an P or R Reg, the same sort of condition and lower than 100,000 milage.

 

NEEDS to be a 4 door car so I can fit a roof rack, sorry but I would not be interested in another 3 door, UNLESS it has rear opening windows.

 

Or Even a Escort Van.

Like I said, this is only at this stage a possibility depening on if I find a Escort that might be right for me, and ideally would like it to be close to Lancashire, or withing a reasonable distance, I.e Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire, Manchester ETC,
