Found that yellow/red has 12v when locked and 0v when unlocked

The red/white is the opposite with 12v when unlocked and 0v locked

 

These the correct wires?

Should there be two red/white wires?

sounds like you got the correct wires mate use a power probe and put 12v down them

I'm guessing yellow/red is lock then?

if you touch one against the other the doors should lock and unlock.
