Does anyone use windows movie maker with vista?

I want to save my new vids but am unsure of the best setting for uploading to the internet?

It gives me an option of a MB scale or various other dropdown settings to save as?

Anyone have an idea of a good average setting for a 2 min clip to keep the file size down but viewable without distortion?

i normally just use 'best quality playback for my computer'

I tried that but for a 2 min clip it saves at 60mb

340kbit/sec is alright.. better than youtube quality... and still works for people with 512kbit broadband.
