Matt86
That looks awesome, I normally hate the racing stripes on cars but everything on that looks perfect.
1pukkadeal
Looks fantastic.. definately needs a small-block Ford in there (why do people fit chevys?!).. they were really easy to get hold of back in the 80s and cheap too ,as everyone was doing the old rover (buick) v8 in every type of car ,and the chevy lump had far greater torque, when bolted to a hurst shifter and 390 holley and a jag 9" axle Edited May 15, 2008 by 1pukkadeal

1pukkadeal
I took it for an mot some years back and they sent me off to my local dvla station as they never had the equipment to test it ,as the rear wheels would not fit the brake test machine and they never had any instruments to test the fuel type either ,it was funny
nick_ov_uk
did it not have to go though a SVA test with the change to the chassis?
1pukkadeal
did it not have to go though a SVA test with the change to the chassis? After all the mods were done back in 85 ,I had to get an independant engineers report stating that the brakes and structure were all safe as well as an engineers report from the local BOC gas plant , as it was duel fuel running on high octaine meth ,sold it in 88 and bought it back again in 92 and its living in my sisters barn at moment in norfolk ,but its coming home within the next couple of months for some TLC
