hi mate to lower the back of your van you need to take the back axle of and put it back on by putting it ontop of the leaf springs therefore your putting the axle closer to the arch!

i know its not an escort but you get the idea

just undo the u clamp and set it up the same way but with the axle above the leave springs and the u clamp the opposite way round!
