April 27, 200321 yr Author I've only got a 1cm scratch on two wheels, not really worth getting someone out to fix. Have seen a few repair sets which use a bit of fine sandpaper and then some alloy coloured paint, someone must have used one
April 27, 200321 yr try contacting the alloy company to see if they can give you the paint code for your wheels.....my mate says the bodyshop that he works at can get codes for most alloys so maybe you'd be able to find a decent paint supplier to do you a touch up
April 27, 200321 yr Try using Ford Stratos silver touch up paint, about the closest colour i've managed to find, not the best fix in the world, but makes it look so much better for just a couple of quid.
April 27, 200321 yr My wheels Match up perfectly with gray hammerite, shame i fucked it up and got it everywhere, at least they look good at night now
May 11, 200321 yr Author Had a look round Halfords today and the only one they had stated that the colour may not be an exact match and you might need to 'spray' the other 3 wheels
