as topic says , the company i work for is expanding and i now require the services of a website designer to create a new web site to accompany our current one.

If it's brochureware you're after, I know some _very_ good designers who can transform whatever it is you've got. Alternatively, if it's a dynamic site you need, then I have a range of contacts who can pretty much do anything you want (.net/java/php/perl)..
