right my blowers work on 1 and 2 and seem to stop working on 3 or go to the speed of 1

ive changed the switch and resistor pack with no luck!

checked all fuses the one on the fuse box anyway!

any one know what the problem is?

im thinking it could be the motor now!

but im sure it will be a bitch to change and don't want to do it if it not the problem

I really doubt that its the motor as its working on other speeds ,the resister pack would be my first port of call, but if you have changed that ,I would then investigate the fuse box as I have come accross this before on the mk5 and mk5b models

be really bad luck with 3 faulty resistor packs ,it could be the live feed wire for that speed from the fusebox ,have you tried a different speed selector switch too

should be a code on your fusebox ,unfortunately without seeing the car its all guesswork and a process of illimination
