Anybody had any good experienced with O2?

 

I certainly did, I topped up £10 today using O2's online Web-Top-Up, and then recieved a text asking me to "phone 4444 to check my bolt-ons"

 

When then told me instead of recieving 300 free texts, i've recieved 12,000!!

o2 is great, my mum went to buy me a new phone at o2 yesterday and they asked for my number then said well you can have £33 FREE credit or £16.50 off a new phone cause you've been with us a while! my mum checked her number and shes got £22 off a new phone or £44 free credit when she buys a new phone

 

and if you take in your old handset when you buy a new phone you get £10 off for recycling it! no matter what condiction its in

I have been with 02 for years very happy with them

ahhh i wish wen i had my 300 free text i wish i got that many with them

I don't know why they have done it, and am I hell going to enquire! They will just take them off me! A mate told me to make the most of them now as it won't take O2 long to realise what they have done

plus you only have a month to use them liam, so you best get texting lol

Sounds like 'Unlimited' texts... Fair Use Policy is 12,000

i've been getting them for awhile,top up over 30 amonth and get thousands free, still can't use the buggers

they have obviously made a mistake then, I haven't topped up £30 in a month, every... lol

That's exactly what I got last month.

 

I always use the cashpoint, and top up £15 per month as it usually gives me 500 free per month.

 

I got a txt today to say it has expired for this month, but they're still not charging at the moment, usually switches over this evening, or midnight if I'm lucky.

 

Will top up in the morning, and fingers crossed I'll get the same again then, although I shan't hold my breath!

im on an 18 month contract paying 30 pounds a month for 400 minutes and 200 texts with 02. The phone is a brittle n95. I called them up asking if they could upgrade or lower my bill as to be honest, theres much better deals out there. They said i couldnt upgrade till next year, if i cancel i have to pay 200 notes. Sounds a bit crap really as the phone aint worth 200 notes. Saw on a program about squeezing the most out of these companys. lol it didnt work!
