Got these today... (thanks escey123 )

 

I'm pretty sure I've got a rough idea to fit them, was just wondering if anyone else who has fitted them before could give me a few pointers?

 

Also there fibreglass, and they look a little hollow/weak, what could I fill them with to toughen them up a bit? Was thinking expanding foam but don't want it to expand too much and damage them!

is assume there the same as fitting S2 RST arches tbh, drill rivet and fill ?
