Posted July 24, 200816 yr Hi All, Where do i stand with this, my work is currently paying for my course, now i havnt had to sign anything that says "you have to stay here for the full duraion etc....." So if I was to find another job, would i be able to leave without any issues? this is out of curiosity.

July 24, 200816 yr My nephew works for the royal mail and he was put though the HGV coarse FOC ,but it was under condition he remained with the royal mail for a minimum of 12 months after he passed or he would have to pay back the course training fees
July 24, 200816 yr same when morrisons supermarkets were going to put me through the FLT (fork lift truck) test, if i left within 12 months i was liable for the full cost of training
