well i finished one of many one touch relay looms.

i had trouble at first thinking i made a mistake i looked over the loom again!

everything looking perfect i never made a mistake but the only thing that could have been wrong was the relay

i have 7 of them and testing each one i found out that 5 out of 7 were nacked! (or so i think)

now most of them are the 5 pin relays from mondys is there a special way to wire them up? or are they really fcuked?

have you connected the other wires properly.wires 3/4 go to switch wire 5 to motor.other wise you blow fuses.

yea done it just the same as before but with the 3 - 4 going to the switch end

id check all your conections if i was you.ive made this mistake myself.what i do is plug the plug into the female bit and make sure the wire run in like a ring.so 3-4 are opposite 5.if you know what i mean.

its all good now! thats the way i do it, make a ring type lead then cut it down the middle!

i think is was a bad solder joint somewhere as i use those screw connector block and it worked first time

can u tell me the serial code of the relays??
