Well.....bit of a change of scene really, lost my driving liscence for 6 weeks and gained 3 points which makes alot of things really expensive, sooo...the idea was to get a little project to restore and modify for when my ban was over, sadly i could find anything i fancied

 

One night dad was on the way home from work and spotted this little gem, ok it needs some tlc, but thats all going to happen between now august 08 and december 08

How pink did it look in those piccies??? well after a few hours with a bottle of t-cut and some meguairs the final out come...seems abit of a waste of time considering its going to be resprayed lol anyway...

General plans are,

 

panels/parts to be replaced:

O/S front wing

N/S front wing

front slam panel/cross member

possibly tailgate depending on rust

front and rear ford badges, xr2 sticker set and pinstripe

arial

front ns arch,rear os bumper corner

front window seals

 

Full respray including door shuts,under bonnet and in the boot under carpet

full retrim inside including two s2 rst seats in black leather and grey suade, 2 new recaro badges required

Fully undersealed all welding required done

powder coat all i can afford

paint under car red also

replace discs,pads,shoes,drums and pipes

buy and fit front and rear omp strutbraces,

refurb the wheels,diamond cut the lip and the face

buy lots of chrome and stainless for under the bonnet

sort out a small sound system

 

and erm proberlly loads of other bits lol
