Spooky, saw one identical to this, colour, exhaust, everything, travelling along the A5 on my way home from work and was wondering whether anyone on evo had one like it

Its only got a few days MOT so iam assuming there will be some major rot somewhere hence why it will of been sold without a full mot.Didnt look at the body only wanted the engine and its mint

do you mind if i ask how much you paid for it mate?

 

i really wanna be silly late this year/earlynext year and buy one needing a bit of work.

They go for around 2.5k upwards mate for a very rough one tbh this one i got from a customer to pay a debt off + cash but he was wanting 3.5k for it.Its no longer been broken as turns out its on a genuine 40,000 miles and only has 2 small holes underside so have dropped the rear end and welded it today.Back right arch has bubbles so thats gonna be repaired and both right doors have rot on bottom so replace them and paint it this week and get it back on the road.Its still original colour on the underside turns out some bloke owned it but could not longer drive so gave it to a relation last month who gave it to me

 

The van will have to settle for a 2.0 16v rs engine after unless i can find another cossie this week lol as i just could not break it

So its gone from being "recycled" to being repaired

thats a relief... its probably turned into profit!
