if it hasnt already been waxed, then get some wax and get it done. you can get decent waxes from £12 upwards. Also, get a proper wool washmit and wash your car using the two bucket method, that will help keep your paintwork in the condition it is in now

what?? he used a chamois? i never use them anymore, easy way of introducing more scratches and swirls onto your paint

so who did it? local shop, someone of here, someone of detailing world etc etc?

use microfiber drying towels, if there is any dirt/contaminent left on the paint surface then the microfiber draws it into the pile of the cloth, a chamois just holds it between the two surfaces and introduces fresh swirls.

When you say AG wax, which AG product did you use?

I can sell you some microfibre cloths, good for polishing and buffing, I have been know to use them for drying too.

A good wax to get would be Collinite 476, put it on thin after cleaning and drying the car, then buff off, an hour later apply another layer and buff off after a few mins and that should see you through a good few months.
