Was he breaking his car? you might want to double check that the bore of the backbox matches the bore of the mid section as it was a piper backbox iirc which is sometimes not meant to be fitted with the rest of a S/S system. richmond Posted August 22, 2009 Author Share Posted August 22, 2009 had a busy day, took the front n/s suspension back off and replaced the damaged parts, bought a full strut with broken spring from just affords for a tenner rubbed down the front of my bonnet around the stone chips, rust treated the bare metal http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/78.jpg then did the same to the boot, rust traeted around the usual places http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/79.jpg then sorted a small scab on the roof http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/80.jpg stone chipped the sills while i was waiting for the rust treat to dryprimed the treated part of the bonnet and the boot http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/81.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/82.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/84.jpg got bored so went back out and fitted the drivers side wing http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y15/cruisecannock/85.jpg going to do the passenger side wing in the morning then going to refurb my new rear disc beam and sort my rad carrier loving it!!
