ryan_gwa
Only been driving 3 years, so not had a huge multitude of cars, but here we go. 1. Started off with my 1.3 Escort Encore, low mileage, good condition, was an ex-mobility car. Bought it off my neighbour because I needed a slightly big-ish car to live in Wales for a year and a half. Sadly lost my only picture of it when I broke my lap-top Engine dropped all it's oil one day and the engine seized. Only got this one when it looked sorry for itself! http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/DSC00009.jpg 2. Moved back to Scotland and decided I needed a new car and I really wanted a GTi. Payed through the nose for insurance and was generally a rust-bucket underneath. http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/S5030137.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/S5030134.jpg 3. Bought a 3door Si from Scoop (craig855s) to reshell my GTi due to the rust issues. Got it cheap as it needed a bit of work. Traded over all my interior, engine, brakes, suspension, body-kit etc etc and turned out like this! http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/Photo-0031.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/Photo-0030.jpg 4. Got given a 1989 G-reg Xr3i cabriolet, did have plans to restore it, but when I started to strip the car it turned out to have more holes than swiss cheese! Sadly lost pics of it when I broke my laptop. Was a state anyway, and embarrasing to show! 5. Bought a 1999 2.0 Mondeo GLX MOT failure, needed new brakes lines and ARB links. MOT'd and Tax'd it, then put it in for part-exchange for my Impreza. Was a really nice car, and ran very smooth! Only one owner from new aswell! Put my alloys from my Si on it. http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/73d3_1.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/77b9_1.jpg 6. 2000 Impreza UK Turbo 2000 AWD Bought this a few months back and I'm safe to say that its the best car I've owned! Handles and drives fantastic, cant see me moving from Subaru for a while! Puts a smile on my face everytime I drive it. A pleasue to own! http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/0842_1.jpg http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k45/ryan_gwa/35ba_1.jpg Now has a Haywood & Scott exhaust on it. Thats about it! Thanks for looking!Painted the wheels Ford Graphite Grey, fitted a rear RS beam and Cossie front brakes. Loved this car! 4.
