IF u havent told the police yet the claim is gonna be heavily scrutinised,also,ur premiums will skyrocket and u will get pittence for ur scort once theyve kept ur excess. Break the car for spares and weight it in,buy a new car,keep quiet to the insurance and the police and find this guys car and take to it with a baseball bat on every single panel!
