escort-ross
How much do you think the insurance would pay out for it though?

Barry-334
if you're the innocent 3rd party, could you not settle cash-in-lieu, and have the car repaired privately? by the way, shame, as it looked smart in the pics...
escort-ross
As i said the car is going to cost a bomb to repair, needs to be jigged etc, so a new car would be a cheaper and better alternative.

JC
How much do you think the insurance would pay out for it though? Craig855S
Get urself enough money off them to buy another T reg with spotless arches..or make the arches spotless at their cost....If they dont wanna pay that much phone ur insurance company. What was the value on the car according to the insurance? did u tell em it was in A1 condition?
escort-ross
No because it wasnt at the time of insuring it, i only had the arches done about a month ago. Basically as Kev said, the balls in their court, either pay for the repairs, which would be stupid, pay for a new car or i got through insurance. Win Win situation for me, id rather do it privately though because then i can have a new car and strip mine, therefore coming off better
