he is more den likely not to claim due to the fact that yes his evo is insure but the modified parts on his car is not stated on his premium making his policy void, so that could be the reason why he aint claiming. If i had a heavily modified car i would make sure everything is on the insurance so if Shite does happen i can claim on the other persons insurance.

If the evo owner is not claiming then dont worry cause he wont be claiming for whip lash as pictures of the car would be taken aswell as a medical report by the doctors,

It was dark so you couldn't see all the paint on the cars, but the guy in the evo told me his car was fine,

yeh i can see why you think it might be my fault but beasue the car was comeing over a blind hill there was no warning at all and there was only enough room for one car width as the rest of the road was fenced off, but yeh you had to be there and im sure if it was my fault the EVO driver would of blaimed me but he just went straight over to the fool jumping a red light.

And as for the paint i was stummped when i saw how much paint was on the front of my car but and only miner damage to both cars but it was a heavely modified evo and he might have had it resprayed recently.

I'm sure this section is called "show us your shunt" and not just tell us a little story about your shunt and some pussy who didn't want a kicking.

well im sorry i just wanted to talk about it but i guess your the boss so i'll shut my mouth from now on then

you say it wasn't your fault you hit him or whatever but, as the above in bold states....it was a blind hill so....why were you so close to the evo that you could not stop!?!? There is only one reason the evo didn't wanna swap details and thats cos he obviously wasnt legal, otherwise why would he havin that motor....not claim off someone that just hit him...no matter how small the damage?!?!

doesnt add up to me!!

pictures of the car would be taken aswell as a medical report by the doctors,

That is incorrect.

Severley incorrect!!

The only way the pictures of the car would be taken 'escort4x4' is if the car was being examined by an insurance approved garage... therefore if that was the case that would mean the Evo driver would be claiming & therefore!!! would result in him being ass raped for having all those undeclared mods and being told by his insurance to get to f**k. :)

pictures would be taken, i know this due to the fact that my dad was taken to court, he had a lil knock in his old granada, the driver in the van infront of him was claiming for whip lash, pictures of the damage which was only cracks of the old plastic bumper is what thrown it all out of court plus a medical report which he did not produce aided in it being thrown out of court (also didnt help the other driver having a third passenger in the back, but no evidence of that). Some insurance companys may not go down that route but my dads insurance company did thats how i knew about this.

But like i said and others said he wont claim due to his cars modifications not being declared

(((then at the same time the guy who was trying to T*at him was running up the hill then when he came over and said to the driver "let me in jump in your car and drive around the corner so i can kick the Shite out of you" and they drove off. )))

this bit confuses me,if your going to get a doin why let someone get in your car to drive them round the corner to have a doin??????

when there are people around that can help out...

whole story dont add up in my opinion.....

LMAO :D

You hit the back of a car. Your fault.

There must be a reason he's not claiming off of you. Perhaps his paperwork wasnt up to date.

So your saying if i go out now and drive through a red light and caused other cars to crash it's not my fault

Not if the other driver was too close to stop & therefore responsible for hitting the car in front.

You hitting the Evo was unfortunatly your fault for not keeping a safe stopping distance, it could of been a child/horse/dog, but you were too close.

Seems to have all turned out ok so. :thumb:
